At Premium Rentals and Management, our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental experience, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your rental, you may return the item(s) within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must have proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your rental and would like a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must have proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, such as items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your rental, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, cancellation fees may apply. If you cancel your rental less than 24 hours before pickup or delivery, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental fee may be charged.
